Our projects span various sectors, including telecommunications, customer services, banking and insurance and leveraging the latest in AI technologies to solve real-world problems.Role Overview:We are recruiting an ambitious AI/ML Engineer to join our IAG technology team. You'll be instrumental in shaping our tech infrastructure, defining the strategic direction of our platforms, and overseeing their execution. This hands-on role involves leading the design and implementation of AI systems with a keen focus on scalability, efficiency, and impact.You'll manage a skilled engineering team, foster cross-disciplinary cooperation, and play a key role in strategic planning. Your leadership will empower the team to make critical decisions and take full responsibility for innovative projects, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across engineering and business domains.Key Responsibilities:Design and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve GenAI-based product problems.Bring research concepts to implementation, creating AI-driven applications with direct business impact.Collaborate closely with researchers, software engineers, and product managers to understand complex business challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions.Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy.Ensure models are production-ready and maintain them to continue delivering value.Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI.Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring their effectiveness over time.Navigate and prioritize tasks in an environment with loosely defined projects and competing deadlines.Own problems end-to-end, acquiring necessary knowledge to get the job done.Effectively manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment of product development with business objectives.You will work closely with a friendly, passionate innovative team located around the world.You will have a key role and the opportunity to grow inside the organization.You will experience awesome team spirit.You will help to build, hire, and lead the dev team.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in deep learning and transformer models.Good Experience in Python, Java and JavaScript programming languages.Proven experience in DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and lean startup principles.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.3 to 5 + years of relevant experience in AI/ML projects, with a focus on NLP and LLM.Proven expertise in building fine-tuned LLMs and implementing the latest research techniques such as continuous pre-training, (Q)LoRA, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, etc.Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Research publication in ML fieldEducationA master’s degree in computer science, AI, mathematics, or a related field.Master’s degree or PhD in ML Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.LanguagesExcellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).French and Spanish language skills are a bonus.Tools and ApplicationsML frameworks and tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.ML operations tools: Weights & Biases (wandb), MLflow.Data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Power BI.Version control systems and collaborative development platforms.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, creativity, and clean code.Work on projects that have a real-world impact, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.Collaborate with a global team of experts passionate about AI and new technologies.Opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive and dynamic environment.If you're ready to lead the charge in AI, apply to join our team!
