We are looking for To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration, or a similar role specifically for alternative funds.
Additional experience will be considered an asset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the fund industry, including fund structures, regulations, and market practices specific to alternative investments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• A proactive approach, with a problem-solving mindset and a client-centric attitude.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Fluency in Spanish will be considered a significant advantage.
Your role in the team Allfunds recently launched a new division.
Allfunds Alternative Solutions, to boost the distribution of Alternative Investments.
Allfunds Alternative Solutions is assembling a dedicated team that will centralize all operations related to this asset class.
As a part of this team, your responsibilities will include.
Day-to-Day Operations.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of fund orders from clients.
• Collaborating with fund houses, distributors, custodians, and other counterparties to address any issues or queries related to fund dealing.
• Keeping track of fund prices, market movements, corporate actions, and other pertinent information.
• Updating and maintaining fund data and documentation in our internal systems and platforms.
• Offering support and guidance to clients on the utilization of Allfunds' dealing services and tools.
• Working in tandem with other teams within Allfunds to guarantee high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serving as a liaison between Client Services and the Allfunds Alternative Solutions division to comprehend clients' needs for Alternative Investments.
