Producimos ropa de moda para mujeres, hombres, adolescentes y niños.
Nuestros productos están disponibles en el canal online, en tiendas propias, en multimarca y en grandes almacenes.
En España comercializamos las marcas JACK & JONES, JJXX, VERO MODA, ONLY, ONLY & SONS, JDY, NOISY MAY, PIECES, VILA, OBJECT, SELECTED, NAME IT, LIL ATELIER.
¿Qué perfil estamos buscando? Persona con experiencia previa como Retail Area Manager gestionando gran volumen.
Perfil analítico, proactivo, dinámico.
Que pueda trabajar con autonomía y tenga iniciativa.
Fuertes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
Perspicacia comercial y competencia operativa.
Alta familiaridad con el mundo de la moda.
Habilidades de liderazgo interno y externo.
Tenacidad y tolerancia al estrés, sabiendo gestionar prioridades - optimización del tiempo.

Principales funciones.
Ser embajadora de las marcas de su grupo.
Analizar y potenciar el rendimiento de los puntos de venta de sus marcas.
Realizar una planificación semanal/mensual según resultados y competencias.
Asegurar la ejecución y actualización oportuna del Plan Semanal para maximizar el rendimiento de las ventas.
Analizar los KPI’s de las marcas.
identificar los indicadores e implementarlos creando informes semanales, supervisando el cumplimiento de los procesos y elaborando planes de acción.
Asegurarse de que los AM se alineen con los procedimientos y KPI y comprenda sus tareas, objetivos y responsabilidades en todo momento.
Conocimiento de la competencia.
Estar al día de los best Sellers de otras marcas, de sus precios, de los precios en los básicos comparables.
Reportar y gestionar incidencias en los puntos de venta, actuando como enlace con los Product Managers.
Coordinar con Product Manager y Estilismo.
Facilitar el flujo de información necesaria hacia y desde las tiendas y dentro del equipo.
Gestión del inventario.
Coordinar y supervisar la reposición de existencias y realización de inventarios.
Supervisar la instalación de nuevas tiendas de sus marcas.
Supervisar la ejecución del visual merchandising en las tiendas de sus marcas asegurando los estándares y la identidad de cada marca.
Optimización de costes, control de gastos operativos y maximizar la rentabilidad.
Identificar oportunidades de desarrollo para los equipos y proporcionar formación continua.
Crear y dar fomación a area manager, store manager y staff.
