Tu día a día.
Te encargarás de gestionar incidencias de clientes relacionadas con pedidos, envíos, devoluciones y reclamaciones, colaborando con otros departamentos para agilizar soluciones.
Además, harás un seguimiento proactivo hasta su resolución y asegurarás una comunicación efectiva.
Por último, analizarás patrones en las incidencias para proponer mejoras en los procesos y reducir su recurrencia, gestionando las herramientas de atención al cliente para registrar y resolver incidencias.
Responsabilidades.
Gestionar y resolver las incidencias de los clientes de manera eficiente y rápida, incluyendo.
Pedidos Envíos Devoluciones Reclamaciones Colaborar con otros departamentos (Logística, Almacén, Finance, etc.) para encontrar soluciones a las incidencias de manera más efectiva.
Realizar un seguimiento proactivo de las incidencias hasta su resolución, informando al cliente de los avances y la situación en todo momento.
Analizar las incidencias para identificar patrones y causas que las originan.
Proponer mejoras en los procesos y sistemas para reducir la recurrencia de las incidencias.
Gestionar las herramientas y plataformas de atención al cliente para el registro y resolución de incidencias.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de respuesta y niveles de servicio establecidos.
Contribuir a la mejora continua de la experiencia del cliente mediante feedback y propuestas de optimización Requisitos Experiencia previa en atención al cliente y gestión de incidencias, preferiblemente en el sector retail.
Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, incluyendo la capacidad de manejar situaciones difíciles con empatía y orientación a la solución.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y coordinación con múltiples departamentos.
Nivel avanzado de Excel.
Nivel usuario de inglés.
