Seleccionamos un Data & Analytics Responsible para nuestra oficina de Málaga.
Entre tus responsabilidades.
- Análisis y gestión de datos Recolectar, limpiar, organizar y estructurar grandes volúmenes de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes.
Implementar y optimizar modelos de análisis de datos para generar información relevante.
-Desarrollar herramientas y procesos que faciliten la explotación de datos dentro de la compañía.
Project management Desarrollo de proyectos de Business Intelligence Diseñar, mantener y mejorar dashboards e informes interactivos con Power BI.
Automatizar procesos de análisis de datos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Apoyar en la implementación de nuevas tecnologías y metodologías para la gestión de datos.
- Soporte y reporting Generar informes periódicos de rendimiento y KPIs para la dirección y los diferentes departamentos.
Realizar seguimiento de los datos y alertar sobre posibles anomalías o tendencias significativas.
Proponer mejoras basadas en los análisis realizados, ayudando a optimizar la estrategia de negocio.
- Estudios de mercado y tendencias Analizar la evolución del sector y la competencia para detectar oportunidades y riesgos.
Identificar patrones de comportamiento del consumidor a través de datos internos y externos.
Contribuir a la definición de estrategias de pricing, expansión y posicionamiento de marca.
- Colaboración con otros departamentos Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Finanzas, Comercial, Marketing y Operaciones para entender sus necesidades analíticas y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.
Asegurar que los responsables de cada área dispongan de la información clave para una toma de decisiones ágil y efectiva.
Formar a otros equipos en el uso e interpretación de herramientas y dashboards de BI.
¿Qué buscamos? Inglés fluido Experiencia en Business Intelligence y análisis de datos.
Dominio de herramientas de BI (Power BI, SQL,).
Capacidad analítica y pensamiento estratégico.
Habilidades de comunicación para traducir datos en información valiosa.
