Accounts Receivable Manage and control AR debt of defined area Create and follow-up of Aging Report Contact with customers (Collections and debt claims) Contact with Customer Service to solve internal issues with invoices Invoice Adjustments Management of Bad Debt Accrual Enter Receipts and apply to invoices by customer (Aging and Oracle) Generate Auto-adjustments Resolve issues regarding Accounts Receivables Report uncollectable invoices to local controller for approval to adjust Run and Review Receivables Reports Reconcile Aging with GL before closing Reconcile and report IC AR balances Banks Enter Bank Statements on a daily basis Enter Miscellaneous Receipts (taxes, bank expenses, etc.) Reconcile Bank Statements on a monthly basis General Ledger General support to the Month-end-Close process Manual Journal Entries - monthly regular entries Prepare and Report in OS reconciliation schedules Other tasks related to Finance Audit (AR & GL review) Other ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
