We are committed to excellence, continuous innovation, and exceptional customer service.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Venus AI. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be working autonomously from your home-based office, and our office in Madrid as necessary, when not travelling to customers and prospect sites. You are responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be promoting and selling our medical aesthetics capital equipment, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Area Sales Managers receive competitive compensation and a benefit package including performance-based incentives. A successful candidate must have a proven track record in medical aesthetic sales with the ability to grow customer base in their respective territory.What you will do:Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share.Adaptation/execution of Company’s sales strategy.Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity; conduct cold calling and on-site visits.Meet sales targets as set through annual/quarterly budgets and as communicated by your manager.Conduct customer analysis, understand the business needs and opportunities.Educate customers on product line up in a professional manner; be knowledgeable on device indications, efficacy, safety, and how our products will fulfill customer needs; conduct product demonstrations while adhering to Company protocols.Prepare sales contracts, quotes, and terms per Company guidelines, escalating when necessary.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit all accounts regularly and ensure customer satisfaction.Support installation at the customer's site in accordance with the Company's methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.Develop reference sites, provide sales support at meetings, workshops, and conventions as necessary.Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner.Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.Maintain CRM data integrity by regular updates, compile reports and attend calls and meetings as required.Maintaining a high level of understanding of the products and competitive landscape.What you will need:Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, medical device preferred.Experience in selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, Med Spas etc.BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or another relevant field.Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.Familiarity with CRM systems an asset (specifically Salesforce).Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers.Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.Excellent time management and organization skills.Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.Solid MS Office & general computer skills.Must maintain a valid drivers’ license.Travel primarily within territory.
