Have a positive mindset to provide high-quality customer service? You can work well in a fast-paced environment and show initiative? You come up with solutions for customers in a timely manner, show initiative, have good communication skills? Supporting others to achieve team results and make sure the customer experience is a great one?The main purpose is to achieve annual sales turnover and KPI - s. In order to achieve these targets, the main priorities will be to:1. Build further the sales network in the designated geographical territory2. Manage the existing dealersResponsibilities:• Reach the annual target of the respective territory• Build a sales network; the sales network comprises of:Dealer network(Regional) distributorsNational chain accountsThe priority for the above will be decided upon discussion with the Branch Manager.• Increase sales through the existing dealers• Implement necessary sales plan as guided by the Branch Manager• Report to the Branch Manager on the market situation, network status, and market requirement through monthly report, regular and ad-hoc communication• Keep the best interest of the company in mindQualifications:• At least 3-4 years of proven, relevant work experience• Flexible and hands-on mentality• Good communication and customer service skills• Excellent organizational, planning, reporting and time management skills• IT skills – Microsoft Office suite, Outlook and preferably AX• Language skills – fluent in Spanish and a good command of English, Portuguese is a plus• Must be eligible to work in Spain, preferred location of the candidate is North of Spain, Vigo, Pontevedra or Santiago de CompostelaCV must be in English.
