For more information: mn8energy.com.As the Asset Manager, you will: Serve as Portfolio Asset Manager responsible for aspects of technical, commercial and financial management of operating solar photovoltaic (PV) assets. Leverage knowledge of broader industry and technical asset performance (electrical system design and mechanics), regulatory structure, and compliance aspects of operational PV oversight.Track technical and financial metrics to maximize asset performance and drive operational movements.Tracking performance KPIs including weather adjusted expected production and short falls.Liaise with O&M (Operations and Maintenance) group on an on-going basis maximize asset performance and ensure compliance with service contracts and project requirements.Monitor and execute on contractual and regulatory compliance matters related to operating assets.Provide feedback to technical operations group to apply on future due diligence efforts.Own the P&L and manage accounting support group to ensure proper books and records of operating assets.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting to project counterparties, including monthly operating reports, financials, regulatory filings and technical reports.Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Engineering Science, Environmental Science, Finance, Legal or related field.Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related solar/renewable energy role.Reviewing technical and financial performance data of assets to evaluate financial health of assetsAccessing data acquisition system and interpret system data to assess real time performance and reportingTechnical system design interpretationReviewing full suite of project documents including tax equity agreements, credit agreements, power purchase agreements and determine commercial and compliance implications of such contracts.Generating, maintaining and monitoring budgets for all assets under management.Preferred Skills:Specifically experienced with AlsoEnergy and Asset Management platforms.How we set you up for Success:At AIRS, an affiliate of MN8 Energy LLC, we cultivate a culture of equity, through transparency and accessibility, where everyone thrives.
