Job Description Looking for 3 to 7yrs of experienced professionals  in   Desktop-Laptop Technical Support Engineer, End User Desktop Support and Server and  Hub room Data Center, Knowledge  of ITIL.
Good To Have-  MIS Reporting, Power BI Dashboard.
Willing to work from office in Pune.
Overview.
We are seeking a persona  with foundational knowledge of IT Operation-End User Support and Infrastructure -Server and  Hub room  to support our organizations.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow their skills in IT Operations.
Skill sets required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
TIL fundamentals; System Admin skills -windows-Linux, Understanding of AD, DHCP, DNS, File services, real time collaboration services like VC services and Skype applications, Print Server, Exchange, Mobile Device Management, Workplace i.
.
Client-Hardware, Software roll outs.
Responsibilities, Competencies and KPIs.
- Manage all IT Infrastructure environments and vendor team for across  location to ensure quality service for end users across for the field support services including.
esponsible for administrative tasks related to Client OS, office clients, VDI clients, VC, printing and mass communication display.
anage CSAT, Provide VIP Support and handling User Escalation.
Supporting for ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved.
echnical documentation and work instructions preparation and review.
Aligning testing, pre, and post changes mode, zero failed changes.
should be able to manage day to day reporting to site leads.
Coordinate with other staff, to prioritize and work on continuing to improve existing systems.
Understanding of infrastructure setups and Application for a large variety of Network and server-based business applications.
Provide timely response to all incidents, outages, and performance alerts.
Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
Participate in anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues on servers in a timely and accurate fashion.
Governance of external partners.
Coordinating for Annual maintenance contract by preparing scope of work and service levels in line with customer requirement for server, storage, backup devices and security appliances.
Drive the vulnerability and compliance activities.
