What you’ll do The Service Journey Analyst must combine web based analytics and data warehousing to enable profound insights.
The role may require the importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modelling of data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes and improving the customer experience.
The Service Journey Analyst will be presenting data in charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing relational databases for collecting data and building or designing data input or data collection screens.
Typically reports to the Chapter Lead.
Who you are * Drives and spreads a data-driven decision mindset across Squads; * Generates, delivers and communicates actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences; * Develops strategies for effective advanced analytics analyses to identify optimization opportunities; * Guides, encourages and supports the adoption of the Analytics MarTech Platforms; * Understands business needs and translates them into business requirements for personalisation and DPM platforms; * Oversees all analytics processes to guarantee MarTech Platforms data reliability.
