ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER - ASSEMBLY

Position Summary Provides leadership to focus on continuous improvement activities relative to safety, quality, training and productivity.
Address company polices and assist Team Leader  (i.

cell phones, break schedules, lunch schedules, attendance, etc.) in all aspects of Team Leader role daily.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

1 year of related Assembly experience preferred.
1 year of leadership experience preferred.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge.
