This firm specializes in investment banking, asset management, and family office services, with a focus on broad range of sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrials.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport deal execution in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory projectsConduct detailed financial analysis and modeling across various sectorsPrepare presentations, transaction materials, and investment memosCoordinate due diligence and liaise with clients and external stakeholdersAssist in market and industry research to identify new business opportunitiesKey Requirements2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consultingStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and client-facing experienceBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; CFA/ACA preferredFluency in Spanish and English is essential
