ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTING

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with local and US GAAPs in all the entities WTW has in Spain.
This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities.
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with local and US GAAPs.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborate developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
Monitor changes in accounting and assess their impact on the company.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management.
Manage relationships with external auditors and other financial consultants.
