The Associate Director for Solution Delivery will play a pivotal role in partnering with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners.
This position is responsible for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and overseeing the delivery of projects that align with business sub-capability needs.
About the Role Key Responsibilities.
Lead the design, deployment, and delivery of medium to large complexity projects, ensuring IT solutions align with business requirements.
Engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.
Effective management of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the expected quality standards.
Achievement of agreed KPIs, including measurable business impact.
Successful launch of innovative technology solutions at scale across the organization.
Generation of business value from DDIT solutions.
Adoption and advancement of Agile, Productization, and DevOps practices.
Maintenance of operations stability and effective risk management.
Positive feedback on customer experience.

What you’ll bring to the role.
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Project Management.
Competent in Risk and Service Delivery Management.
Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels.
Strong communication skills with a history of customer-facing roles.
Exposure to industry/business processes.
Proficient in Project and Budget Management.
Strong Business Acumen and Strategic Planning.
Effective Influencing and Performance Management.
