What You’ll Do   Design and Develop Interfaces.
Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for the LRaaS Portal, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Collaboration.
Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for Angular.
Wireframes and Prototypes.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
User Research and Testing.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Alignment and Strategy.
Ensure all designs align with the overall product strategy and meet user requirements.
Iterative Design.
Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and technical constraints.
Design Systems.
Maintain and update design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
Who You’ll Work With   Cross-Functional Teams.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to capture and refine UX requirements.
Feedback Integration.
Engage with multiple teams to gather feedback, ensuring designs meet both user needs and technical feasibility.
UI Implementation.
Work with UI designers and developers to implement and refine UI components.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate   Experience.
1-3 years of experience in UX design with passion for your work.
Tool Proficiency.
Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
UI and Design Principles.
Solid understanding of UI components and design principles.
Technical Feasibility.
Experience designing for Angular or similar frameworks, with a good understanding of the technical feasibility of designs.
Communication Skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and interact effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Enterprise Experience.
Experience in enterprise applications development and methodology.
Technical Knowledge.
Understanding of CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) principles and technologies.
