Some remote work is acceptable. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for process automation, troubleshooting, creating test cases, ensuring quality assurance, and streamlining automation processes.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and configure equipment, including controllers, servomotors, frequency converters, and pneumatic systems.Develop software for PLCs and HMIs (Omron brand used for Servo and PLC).Configure controllers based on unique project requirements.Draft specifications and production instructions.Commission and fine-tune completed products.Provide remote and on-site customer support.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and result-oriented skills.Languages: Proficiency in English.Technical Experience: Demonstrated experience with HMI and PLC systems preferrably Omron ( others are as well appreciated Siemens, Schneider, etc)Familiarity with servomotors, frequency converters, and electrovave systems.Working knowledge of CanOpen, Modbus, and Profibus protocols.Proficient in programming languages: C, C++, VBA.Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (EMEA area)Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.Extra qualificationsKnowledge of SCADA systems.Fluency in Estonian or other foreign languages is a plus.What we offer:Competitive salary (to be discussed with the successful candidate).Stable position in a fast-growing, international company.Flexibility to work up to 50% remotely.Modern, safe work environment.Diverse and engaging projects with leading industrial companies.Opportunities for professional growth and cross-divisional support.
