And with steady expansion in our core markets, growth opportunities abound.Position Summary:The B2B Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth by generating and maintaining high-value B2B opportunities for both sales and rental departments. The right candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships, managing lead-generation platforms, and identifying new revenue streams through add-on services.More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Generate New Opportunities:Identify and engage with potential B2B partners to drive sales and rental leads, focusing on high-value opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.Develop a robust pipeline and conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential partners that align with VDB's goals.Maintain Partnerships:Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality leads.Negotiate and manage contracts with B2B partners to maximize mutual benefits.Manage Lead-Generation Platforms:Oversee the performance of lead-generation platforms, ensuring they deliver quality sales and rental leads.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize platform listings and ensure properties are showcased effectively.Analyze platform metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.CRM Management (HubSpot):Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all B2B interactions, ensuring accurate data entry and seamless tracking of the sales pipeline.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within HubSpot to provide actionable insights into sales and rental lead performance.Add-On Services:Research and secure partnerships for complementary services, such as concierge, legal advisors, financing, interior designer, renovation contractor, luxury experiences…Create value-added packages that appeal to clients and enhance the overall VDB experience.Manage vendor relationships and ensure all add-on services align with VDB’s luxury standards.Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to align B2B efforts with campaigns, promotions, and broader brand strategies.Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored approaches for key partners and ensure a seamless handoff of leads.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Develop and track KPIs for B2B activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners to identify successes and opportunities for growth.Provide detailed reports to senior management on the status of B2B initiatives and their contribution to business goals.Customer-Centric Approach:Ensure that all B2B activities align with VDB’s client- and owner-centric values, prioritizing exceptional service and satisfaction.Act as a brand ambassador, representing VDB’s commitment to excellence in all interactions.What We’re Looking For:2-3 years proven experience in business development, ideally in the real estate or luxury services sectors.Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Familiarity with lead-generation platforms and CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus)A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work both strategically and operationally.Fluency in  English and SpanishStrong team player and collaborator.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:The opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing company at the forefront of luxury real estate.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional development and growth.
