We are looking for • Prior experience in client implementation or project management in the B2B IT industry or Financial Services.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with wealth management or financial services clients is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge in communications (FTP), SWIFT, APIs.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience.
Your role in the team • This is a full-time role as a Client Implementation Specialist - B2B IT at Allfunds.
As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and onboarding of B2B clients.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders relating to testing and user acceptance, managing project timelines, ensuring successful client go-live, and providing technical support for client integration.
• You act as the subject matter expert for clients in a geographical region, explaining to them the different services, automation options and various technical aspects relating to integration with Allfunds.
