Tasks
What You ll Do
- Develop and maintain secure efficient backend services for AI-driven HR tools.
- Collaborate with front-end teams to create seamless integrations.
- Solve complex challenges in system architecture and application scalability.
Requirements
What You ll Need
- 3+ years of backend development experience with a strong background in Java and the Spring Framework.
- Experience with third-party integrations APIs and developing integrations.
- Proficiency with development tools like Git Maven JUnit and SQL.
- Familiarity with secure software development practices and DevOps.
- Experience in developing containerized applications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and Linux server administration.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
