**Your Responsibilities**.

Excel knowledge and previous experience in administrative tasks, call centers, or similar roles..
- Experience.
Ideally, you have worked with KPIs and are comfortable using SOPs..
- Availability.
Must be available from Monday to Sunday with two days off (Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday depending the week)...
**Your Benefits**.
- Full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, with a daily shift of 8 hours.
