This role combines technical expertise with leadership and project management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects aligned with departmental goals.
What you’ll do.
Technical Coordination.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Active Development.
Participate in the development process, write clean and scalable code, and maintain technical documentation.
Project Management.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deadlines.
Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project progress.
Communication & Collaboration.
Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and participate in cross-functional teams.
Technical/ professional experience Solid experience in software development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering software projects.
Expertise in at least one tier 1 programming language (Java, JS, TS, Python, etc.).
Understanding of web services, REST/SOAP, WebSocket, async/sync communication, cache, and reactive programming.
Experience with Git/Gitlab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence.
