We are experiencing exponential growth that challenges us to move forward regarding code, scalability, and architecture.We demand integration with many external services: Points of Sale (PoS), Riders/Couriers Platforms, CRMs, Booking Systems, Social Networks, etc. Conversely, we are building a new generation of digital restaurant products (real-time programmatic messaging, loyalty cards, vouchers, feedback, etc.). You’ll be challenged to research, design, and implement technical solutions and become a reference point for the engineering teams.You’ll work hand in hand with the CTO and Cheerfy Founders.Our primary stack is Python and Django, running on AWS. As we evolve as a company, more services are created, and our tech stack will keep changing.The Skill Set7+ years building applications in a mainstream programming language, but at least 5+ years using Python5+ years of experience with a Python framework, ideally Django3+ years of experience building backend platforms3+ years integrating external servicesExperience designing and developing APIs, both internal service and HTTP APIsExperienced and focused on Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and TDD.Efficient, practical programmer with a record of producing maintainable codeStrong software engineering background and experience with cross-team collaborationAdvanced English, both written and spoken.Bonus PointsExperience using non-relational databases like RedisExperience with Event-driven architecture patterns, ideally using CeleryComfortable developing in a container environment like DockerFamiliarity with continuous integration and test automation tools.We Offer YouFull-time positionsGross Annual Base Salary range: 50,000 - 70,000 €Remote-first positionFlexible working hoursHappiness :-)
