You will act as a transformation agent and drive change while maintaining strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders of Capgemini Invent.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or any with a Business or Technology background. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.Strong English (C1) is a must, other languages desirable.Experience in banking sector, desirable Corporate & Investment banking segmentExperience required in operations, transformation, and strategy initiativesExperience coordinating large projects as a project or program manager with multiple stakeholders, at least 2 years with C-level exposureWorking experience in banks or financial institutions is a mustSkills: profile that is organised, analytical, priority management, peak and stress management and above all teamwork and able to interact with other areas (Compliance, Front Office, Middle Office and Back-Office areas)Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result orientedExcellent communication, and presentation skillsStrong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environmentLocation: Madrid, Barcelona or Málaga.At Capgemini Invent we create the leaders of tomorrow, are you ready to take this next step with us?
