BEM COMMERCIAL DEMAND FORECAST SPECIALIST

What you’ll do The main accountability of the role is to assist setting up the DE Mobile and Fixed Demand Forecast Process, which in turn will improve capacity modelling within Networks.
Who you are Explore, learn and manage commercial traffic demand inputs into the network capacity planning process.
Bring customer insights to life to ensure our strategy is set to evolve the fixed, mobile and converged network, working with several stakeholders including Consumers and corporate functions.
Setup and manage customer network usage insights reporting.
Identify the commercial and network opportunities driven by data insights on customer network usage.
Master our internal Fixed and Mobile traffic demand forecast process and be able to further develop improvements.
Contribute to our customer experience strategy.
Working on key Technology strategic projects, delivers outcomes that are optimal for the organisation and in line with the business objectives.

Experience in the telecommunications sector (preferred).
