You will handle queries from credit-card holders and ensure the security and protection of their customer data.This requires the ability to follow security procedures around sensitive data but we will teach you everything during paid training.In this role, you will dive into a comprehensive training program to get ready for top-notch client service for one of our clients in the payment industry.Your responsibilities will include customer service tasks, such as blocking lost or stolen credit and debit cards, handling identity verification, providing solutions to queries, and analysing potentially fraudulent transactions.
