Right now, we are looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist, to join our team at Sportian! You will get the chance to.
Issuing invoices to national and international companies.
Monitoring the issuance and status of each invoice.
Interacting with finance colleagues for invoice management.
Reviewing the financial aspects of contracts with clients.
Reconciling billing with clients and departments within Sportian.
Generating reports such as Revenue Loss, DSO, Debt Aging, etc.
Reconciling revenue and billing.
Providing support to department tasks.
What will help you succeed.
University degree or higher in administration or finance.
One to three years of experience in administrative tasks.
Previous demonstrable experience in similar functions is highly valued.
Experience working with SAP.
Knowledge of other collaborative tools, particularly Google Suite.
Proficient use of Excel (Pivot Tables, statistical formulas).
Knowledge of budget management and control programs or other ERPs.
Required.
English proficiency (B2 or C1) (foreign team).
Desirable background in economics.
Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
