As a Billing Administrator, you will be the main point of contact regarding billing support for our customers as well as chasing the outstanding invoices.
Your main tasks will be.
Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery Q&A of the internal documentation related to billing (B2B & B2C) Discover new opportunities for process improvements Assist Customer Success Managers in the billing strategy to apply Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer serviceYou will be a good fit to join us if you.
ave proficiency in French as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)Passion for data and numbersGood proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciatedAccountability / Administration studies is preferable, bachelor level minimumProfessional experience (including internships) in a B2B Saas start-up as a billing admin will be valuedProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and targetsEnthusiastic and passionateStrong interest in the tech environmentGood attention to detail and organisational skillsSomeone who likes to be challenged and learn new things
