Additionally, we will be launching soon in other regulated markets!Look at our careers site to find out more: https://careers.rank.com/Job DescriptionAs the Bingo Executive you’ll work closely with the Bingo Manager to develop and oversee bingo operations to optimise the product’s commercial performance with focus on delivering a world class customer experience!The function of the Bingo Executive is to be responsible for most operational and commercial aspects of YoBingo.es our Spanish Bingo brand.Planning, execution and constant tracking of commercial activities and promotionsHelp Customer Support and Chat Moderators/Streamers with Bingo enquiriesBriefing of campaigns details for both Design and copy teamsCoordinate with the Bingo Manager to run the promotional plans/calendar, with a focus on data led decisionsAnalyse promotion results and product performanceSupport the development and implementation of the product plan strategy that guides the direction of the Bingo products across multiple brandsStay informed of the latest offerings in market to ensure that our Bingo products and brands are staying ahead of the curveBuild and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders: design, content, technology, compliance/legal etcConduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure the product is competitive in the marketQualificationsNative Spanish speaker with good English communication skillsExperience working at the iGaming industry, with strong UX focusData driven with an analytical approach to problem solvingSelf-starter, resilient, well organised and capable of managing multiple prioritiesCollaborative style, accustomed to brainstorming, measuring, testing, and iterating in search of optimal results and entertainment valueA creative mindset – always considering new features that can deliver customer value and add value to our casinosCan-do attitude with a flexible approachAdditional InformationYou’re probably wondering outside of a fun, exciting and varied role – what else do you get?
