The company is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Brand Manager at Meta Cell Technology. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing product launches.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the medical device or healthcare industry, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Regulatory and Medical Affairs to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.Key responsibilities:Building a power brand to increase the awareness and recognition, developing and monitoring compliance of the brand guidelines worldwide.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team and to provide tools, materials, and presentations that support sales efforts.Preparation and execution of strategic workflows in collaboration with the Medical Affairs department, driving the ideation and implementation of communication plans for product and protocols launches.Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.Event Management: Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve the highest ROI.Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Proficiency in English.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.Trade marketing experienceExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skillsBrand Management and Cross-functional Team Collaboration skillsStrong understanding of medical device regulations and the healthcare market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
