BUSINESS ANALYST & REPORTING SPECIALIST

We produce in our own 2 factories of Seville and Mataró (Barcelona), acquired at the time to Procter & Gamble, Henkel and Dalli, all of them of the highest technology.With 200 million euros in turnover and more than 500 employees, we are continuing to expand thanks to an ambitious growth strategy.About the jobFrom Bluesun we are looking for a Business Analyst & Reporting Specialist for our Business Controlling & Reporting Area in the Finance department.Duties and responsibilities:Definition and processing large datasets by developing automated solutions using python.Establish robust methodologies and reporting for the analysis and monitoring of financial results.Design new tools in order to improve automation and efficiency of financial processes.Manage Financial Closing Process including deviation analysis and reporting in an accurate and timely manner.Prepare daily and monthly KPIs, Reportings and DashboardsAnalyse commercial/ financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Ad-hoc financial analysis, building P&Ls and calculations to support decision making.Support on the annual budgeting construction and consolidation.Elaboration of monthly performance KPIs for the Commercial & Marketing AreasUtilising BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, being able to deliver drilldown reporting.Skills and attributes: Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematic or a related field. Experience: Between 4 and 6 years in Data Analyst, Reporting or comparable positionsExcellent analytical skillsProficient in advanced Excel features, including VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot and others.Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (AFO and dashboard tools such as PBI, Qliksense)Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Python programming, including its application in data analysis and automation tasks.Familiar with financial KPIs and performance metrics.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.Hands-on and capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment.Positive mindset, proactive with a strong commitment to contribute to collective success and the continuous development of the team. What do we offer you?Hybrid work model (up to two days of home office).Flexible time.Demanding environment that will allow you to learn and grow professionally.Attractive package of social benefits (Subsidy 2/3 parts of the canteen and cafes, life insurance, pension plan, gift products monthly, school aid...).
