Through an international environment, being a key player in strategic projects implementations, and acting as the first support line for the sales teams of your assigned markets, in a couple of years, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a General Sales Manager.
You can be based anywhere! Ideally in our offices in Madrid or Almería (Cantoria).
Traveling around 70% of the time Smart Working (hybrid) What you will do MAIN.
Gain the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be the person responsible for one of our Business Units MAIN.
Supporting our Business Units through temporary back-ups Providing internal consultation to the different Business Units in order to analyze business performance and implement and follow up the action plans, defined together with the General Manager, in order to reach operational and management excellence Identifying and implementing observed best practices in each Business Unit Training new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles Analyzing the market (competition, trends, etc.) Implementing Strategy Projects through the business Units Implementation of the Cosentino Business Model What you need to succeed Qualifications/Certifications.
Bachelor’s Degree related with Business or Construction topics are preferred Languages.
Fluent in English, second language is a plus Experience.
1-2 years of sales experience Others.
Knowledge about our business English High level is a must, French desired Other languages are a plus Driving license Softskills.
