BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Descripción de la oferta de empleo

Responsible for developing the sector’s strategic plan and budget in alignment with the company’s financial strategy. Provide support to the Commercial sector, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Generate monitoring reports and reporting to the Financial and Executive Management, informing them of risks and opportunities following the analysis according to the established schedule.Track the Performance Plan and Group-level Transformation Plan to provide the necessary information for decision-making.Main Functions and Tasks:Ensure correct allocation and strict adherence to company procedures (aligned with group rules and the code of conduct) across all economic areas of the Commercial Division.Prepare necessary information and propose objectives for management validation.Advise on the development of the Commercial Division's strategy, ensuring its follow-up.Construct and record the budget for the sector and various business units, including transfers and logistics margins.Conduct various financial forecasts (e.g., 4+8, 6+6) throughout the year, ensuring the reliability of this information by identifying risks and opportunities.Analyze and diagnose weekly and monthly results within the sector, informing of potential risks or opportunities and proposing and following up on corrective action plans.Perform simulations for different business models/profitability studies, quantifying their impact on the results of commercial projects to facilitate decision-making.Control, monitor, and perform simulations for all income derived from supplier negotiations (e.g., off-invoice, loyalty programs, stock protections) and commercial cost breakdowns.Advise the commercial area in cases where there is insufficient information to resolve issues with suppliers. The Sector Controller will provide necessary information to resolve these issues (such as delinquent suppliers, disputes, blocks, and incidents).Control and analyze the Commercial Division’s expense account, reporting on any deviations.Minimum Qualifications for the PositionEducation: University degree in finance-related fields, such as Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial areas.Language Skills: High level of English; Intermediate level of French.Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; strong knowledge in database management.Would you like to join our team?
