Business Development Manager (Dutch or German Speaking) Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of creativity and gaming Join a leading partner company renowned for over 45 years in the toy and game manufacturing industry where we transform hobbies into epic adventures! As part of the Trade Sales team youll ensure that every enthusiast is just a step away from their favorite hobby engaging with countless outlets worldwide.
Your Role.
Hunt for Opportunities.
Scout your territory for new leadsjust a shop name and a phone number will do! Cold Calling Champion.
Make over 50 calls daily to potential customers many of whom may not know us yet.
Your mission Spark interest and get them talking about our incredible products.
Sample Strategist.
Send out enticing sample packs to prospects following up to turn interest into action.
Stockist Success.
Secure at least one new stockist each week by showcasing the benefits of joining our community.
Expectations.
Calls.
Over 50 daily.
Appointments.
Book 12 per week with accompanying sample packs.
Conversations.
Engage in over 8 hours of meaningful dialogue weekly.
New Stockists.
Onboard at least 1 new stockist every week.
Requirements.
Education.
Bachelors degree (youll need to provide a copy of your diploma).
Experience.
Minimum of 2 years of cold calling experience.
Language Proficiency.
C1C2 in German or Dutch.
C1 in English is a must for all roles.
License.
Valid driving license required.
