A Snapshot of Your Day Are you passionate about decarbonizing the power generation and industrial sectors? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team.
As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy and driving revenue growth of carbon neutral solutions for Eastern Europe Region.
You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate new business.
How You’ll Make an Impact Conducting market research to identify potential new business opportunities across Eastern Europe Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our financial performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations for senior leadership (Head of Business Development for Eastern Europe, Business Area Sales, Head of EE Sub Region) Development of cross business areas projects related to the energy infrastructure and decarbonization process Engage teams horizontally to build market strategy Monitoring industry trends and changes across Eastern Europe Region to identify potential new business opportunities Provide periodic reporting to executive management as well as getting their support on strategic initiatives Grow and maintain an active pipeline of projects with high forecasting accuracy in the CRM Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within Siemens Energy portfolio.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform business strategy Reporting to Business Development Head for Eastern Europe Region Business travels.
