Right now, we are looking for a Business Hacking Associate, to join our team at Sportian! You will get the chance to.
Build and maintain executive and management-level relationships with clients.
Advise clients on the use and benefit of our solutions to maximize the value provided to their business.
Work to ensure the renewal of existing clients, as well as collaborate with the sales department on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Define business goals with the client regarding our solutions, uncovering challenges and critical elements to define action plans.
Ensure new clients understand our solutions and services, as well as their onboarding and training.
Align the vision and objectives with different areas of our company regarding client relationships.
Manage and analyze customer feedback to define action plans with all involved areas.
Promote a customer-centric culture within the organization and represent the customer internally.
What will help you succeed.
+6 years of experience in customer success or client management roles in the technology or technology consulting field.
Experience in managing projects and complex environments with multiple business stakeholders and leadership responsibilities.
Experience with Salesforce and Customer Experience Management Solutions (Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
