We are seeking a visionary Business Leader to spearhead our accelerator program, designed to enable premium personal care brands to reach new heights.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the premium skincare market and a passion for recognizing and engaging with successful emerging brands.
You Will Be Accountable For.
Strategic Leadership.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for your business within our overall beauty business, aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Establish and secure strong and efficient business level operating mechanisms that deliver profitable growth based on current state.
Enable your direct reports to effectively prioritize and deliver new target opportunities in consideration of fit to business model balancing effort required, risk, profitability, and costs.
Commercial Acumen.
Know what it takes for target customers to create and launch new products and brands.
Collaboratively work with an existing commercial team as a sales champion for your business.
Conduct prospecting and new business development activities, ensuring a sufficient and robust opportunity pipeline exists.
Working with our marketing team to understand and identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the personal care sector.
Monitor and benchmark the progress of participating brands, providing final product guidance aligned with company capabilities to support their continued growth.
Global Scope.
Understand unique market drivers and consumer behaviors across different countries and cultures and adapt a business model accordingly.
Create, manage annual operating plans and budgets for the business, global team.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including global partners, distributors, suppliers, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with global teams.
What We’re Looking For.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry/Biology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the personal care industry.
Strong understanding of the premium beauty care market, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Energized by building/scaling a new to company business initiative.
