Job Description Reportando al Head de Business Intelligence, las responsabilidad principales serán.
Identificar y analizar fuentes de datos externas que faciliten un entendimiento de la dinámica del mercado Anticipar riesgos & oportunidades y facilitar la toma de decisiones en base a análisis objetivos Liderar el desarrollo de las capacidades analíticas a nivel BT / IFT Actualizar y optimizar la Metodología Analítica proporcionando herramientas que permitan realizar un diagnóstico preciso así como un seguimiento de los planes de acción Evaluar performance de cada marca a nivel nacional / territorial / cuenta Liderar y gestionar la realización de Estudios de Mercado / Competitive Intelligence para cubrir necesidades de información identificadas Participación en el proceso de “Insights Generation” Como miembro del Brand Team, participar en la elaboración de los Planes Estratégicos & Tácticos de las marcas Participar en el proceso de Forecasting / Planificación Estratégica Liderar la implementación de la metodología “In-Field Team Excellence” en la marca.
Qualifications Capacidad analítica con orientación a negocio Capacidad de trabajo en equipo Capacidad de liderazgo e influencia en entornos matriciales Capacidad de innovación Licenciatura (Ciencias, Ingenierías, ADE, etc.) Conocimientos de Sales Force Effectiveness & Market Research Experiencia previa en posiciones de Business Intelligence de al menos 5 años idealmente en oncohematología.
Nivel alto de Inglés Residencia.
