Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The skills and experience needed to create your legacy Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar.
Tenacity and resilience to work through challenging business needs.
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, any other language is an asset.
Exceptional organization skills and close attention to detail.
Outstanding Result-Orientation, actively seeking for business opportunities keeping in mind the company's objectives.
Knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel.
Experienced about working closely with hotels Knowledge of cocktails or experience in advocacy
