The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and controlling stocks of raw material goods and giving administrative support to the operational area and procurement team.If you are a proactive person who likes to look for alternatives, analyze costs, and helps the company look for the best materials to develop our products, this will be a great opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:This position is reporting to the Plant Manager in Spain and dotted line reporting to the European Procurement Manager.Part of the tasks will be:Entering purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods, processing, and maintaining data in the ERP system.Tracking of order delivery time, material reception in the warehouse, quality, and return management.Monitoring and manage inventory clean-up efforts and plan counting schedules. Control stock levels, Daily management and communication with the suppliers. Perform optimization of stock items, and interface with internal customers in planning demand for inventory capacity and levels.Procurement reporting and controlling of KPIs, savings, price evolution, inventory, obsolescence of raw materials, and spend.Ensure the correct invoicing flow. Manage invoices blocked by quality/price discrepancies. Check Import-Incoterms documentation.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business and commercial management or similar.At least 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing/procurement role in a multinational industrial sector.High level in MS 365 packages with an emphasis on MS Excel functionalities and ERP systems.Fluent communicational skills in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).Excellent organizational, planning, and reporting skills.Good negotiation skills, time management, and result-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.Good understanding of international business processes.What We Offer:We offer a full time position in a team atmosphere that fosters cooperation and creativity; a management team committed to employee development and an environment where people are empowered to make decisions.“In order to be the best, we must hire the best”
