Recommend negotiations scenarios and tactics.Execute sourcing (RFx, benchmarking, negotiation, contract)Supplier relation management and dispute settlement.Develop and maintain supplier scorecard (VEGA) and oversee supplier performance and liaise with R&d, SC functions for supplier buisness & performance reviews.Monitor implementation of (group) contracts and terms.Liaise with marketing (Categories) for effective supplier-innovation/NPDLiaise with quality for effective supplier approval/QAPropose price guidance for material group budgetsReport savings for sourcing projectsImprove and provided added value from sustainability (Ecovadis, Sedex, SAI, Organic sourcing).Skills and CompetenciesTrack record in strategic sourcing, in particular market analysis, sourcing strategy, RFx, negotiation, contracting, supplier relationship management.Good project management skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skills.Good negotiation skillsKnowledge about Hero Market and related product portfolioResilient with positive attitude towards changeResults driven (do-er), practical thinking, ability to take initiativeGood communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholdersRelevant competencies: Deciding & Initiating Action, Working with People, Persuading & Influencing, Adapting & Responding to Change.OthersBased in MurciaWhat do we offer you?(Confidentiality is assured)We offer a position where you can develop professionally.
