Working with some of the brightest in the industry, each as knowledgeable, determined and committed to our vision as the next, you’ll achieve more too.You will be responsible for developing relationships with all practicing cardiologists and lipidologists, prescribers and influencers in the treatment for cardiovascular disease. The role of this specialist is perceived as a business partner (both external and internal), an efficient collaborator and co-creator of optimal and sustainable solutions to meet the needs of customers and patients, tin order to succeed in the position, and consequently, consistently meet our business objectives in Toledo and Ciudad Real.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and develop business relationships with key customers, influencers, key prescribers, and establish yourself as a true expert in cardiovascular-lipid metabolism.Develop a deep professional knowledge in the area of cardiovascular and lipid metabolism, including knowledge of competitive products.Implement and drive brand equity messages and interventions with excellence to exceed customer needs, improve customer experience and assist with product knowledge and prescription.Ability to engage in active dialogue with physicians on complex issues in relation to the cardiovascular field.Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of key accounts to understand local and regional access issues.Map key scientific leaders and other stakeholders who nurture and grow the network of brand and company ambassadors.Achieve and exceed key sales targets as discussed and agreed with the line manager.Develop business plans of the territories that are consistent with the strategy for the brand.Effective management of the accounts calve: orientation / message / frequency / programs.Monitor progress in relation to the plan, through measurement parameters and management information, meet the requirements in the delivery of reports.Analyses data to identify viable opportunities, coordinate and use available resources (plans and organizes regional event programs, lunches, materials)Proactively decide on the activities, educational programs, and country-approved resources needed to effectively take advantage of opportunities with specific accounts.Work with your peers and Regional Sales Managers to take advantage of the impact on their territories.Achieve high standards in customer visits, using all promotional materials in an appropriate manner.It will be based on customer preferences to properly use, the different channels (digital, meetings, emails, remote interactions and face-to-face) to provide a differentiated and consistent customer experienceAttend scientific conferences and exhibitions relevant to health professionals and support national congresses.Develop and maintain timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall performance and effectiveness of the team and the company.Use the CRM to ensure up-to-date customer/territory information, future appointments, and a plan of ongoing monthly visits in accordance with the company's CRM guidelines. Run periodic reports and take the necessary corrective actions to achieve key objectives.Proactively seeks external opportunities for learning, including conferences, seminars, and professional associations; Actively participates in training to acquire and advance knowledgeWork within the limitations of the country's Code of Practice, and the Company's policies and procedures. Continuously demonstrate attitudes in line with the Vision, Values and Behaviours of the Company.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Educational requirement: Academic degree or equivalent.5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the area of cardiovascular or lipid metabolism and acting as a specialty sales representative.Experience in the following areas of disease (an advantage but not a requirement): cardiovascular, lipid metabolism.Very good communication and sales skills through face-to-face and remote interactions.Entrepreneurial mentality, focused and methodical, with the ability to work alone, but communicate easily and share knowledge with the team.Innovative thinking, passion for challenging the status quo, and patient-centred mindset.Highly motivated with drive and determination to succeed.Results-oriented, customer-centric and strong analytical and strategic skillsBe resilient, tenacious and adaptable and flexible to work in a changing environment.Demonstrate strong collaboration and networking skills, both internally and externally.Be digitally driven and demonstrate good insight for digital interactions (email, consent management, remote details).Familiar with MS Office and omnichannel tools.ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES:Operational ExcellenceCollaborationCommitment to QualityIntegrity
