CERTIFICATION LEAD FOR CLOUD TO EDGE IOT SOLUTIONS

We harness our deep industry insights and technical expertise to address the unique challenges of each client and work with them to exploit new sources of future competitiveness. The Certification Lead will develop, establish, and head a robust certification scheme for cloud to edge IoT solutions across Europe, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing market trust. The role As a Certification Lead at BluSpecs, you will be responsible for the following:  Design and implement a comprehensive certification framework for IoT solutions from cloud to edge. Collaborate with European regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to align certification processes with current standards and regulations. Develop a comprehensive business plan covering the certification lifecycle, including application, evaluation, monitoring, and renewal processes. Develop a go-to-market strategy for the framework based on continuous market research to stay updated with technological advancements and regulatory changes. Educate and guide stakeholders on certification requirements, benefits, and processes. Manage relationships with technology providers, clients, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth certification operations. Prepare and present regular reports on certification progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management. Requirements and qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years experience in the implementation of IoT, cloud technologies, and edge computing. Proven track record in developing and/or managing certification programs. Strong understanding of European technology regulations and standards. Domain experience in defence, automotive or other industrial environment is a plus. Validated project management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, delivering results within the allocated time and resourcing. Excellence in written English (C2), tailoring format and tone to the intended audience and purpose. We expect you to: To assume full responsibility for delivering results with excellence. Adapt swiftly to new challenges and changes in the environment. Establish and maintain credibility, foster trust, and enhance the team's reputation. Engage proactively with the broader network and nurture our relationships within the ecosystem. Proactively address the challenges that might arise on a day-to-day basis, suggesting ways in which they can be overcome.  Work as part of a team, understanding and taking responsibility for own actions and contributions and how they fit into the bigger picture. Build a collaborative environment where others proactively seek to engage with you. What we offer 1| Intellectually stimulating environment with great clients and colleagues from across the globe 2| Ability to grow your career and deliver results in a kick-ass Company We are committed to ensuring that our team works in a collaborative work environment that supports their personal and professional development.
