¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Supervise and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare management reports for the investment fund.
Analyze the profitability of different facilities and propose resource optimization strategies.
Prepare and monitor the budget and analyze variances.
Detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
Proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Teamwork skills.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? A successful Controller should have.
A professional with at least 10 years of experience in financial control, preferably within real estate, warehousing, or similar sectors.
Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar; a Master's degree in Finance or professional certification (CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
Advanced oral and written English.
Experience working with investment funds or in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in ERP tools and advanced Excel skills.
A lot of experience in negotiating with banks and funds.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare detailed financial reports for management and ownership funds.
