CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE SPECIALIST_ENGLISH FLUENT (MARKETPLACE)

Our client was founded in 1999 by 18 people led by a former English teacher from China who has aspired to help make the Internet accessible, trustworthy and beneficial for everyone.Currently employs more than 20,000 people around the world and has more than 70 offices in Greater China, Spain, Singapore, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.We are looking for a Chargeback Operations BPO to join the team:Functions:Chargeback Management:Oversee and manage the day-to-day chargeback opera%ons.Develop, implement, and improve chargeback policies and procedures to minimize chargeback losses and fraud risks.Dispute Resolution:Lead the end-to-end chargeback process, including investigation, documentation, andsubmission of representments (dispute rejections).Provide learnings and best practices:Manage, mentor, and develop a team of chargeback specialists and analysts.Set clear team goals and performance metrics to ensure the efficient handling of chargebacks.Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze chargeback data and provide regular reports on chargeback performance, trends, and the financial impact on the organization.Collaboration & Communication:Work with internal teams (e.g., Fraud, Risk, Customer Support, Legal, Finance) to addresschargeback-related issues and minimize future occurrences.Requirements:2+ years of experience in chargeback operations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or a similar role in the payments industry.Strong understanding of the chargeback process, payment processing systems, and card network rules (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).Proven leadership in driving operational efficiency.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on chargeback data.Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in relation to chargebacks and fraud.English: AdvancedWe offer:Location: Madrid (Hybrid)Training and career developmentOpportunity to develop in a top notch e-commerce top companyIf you are looking for new opportunities, apply and we will contact you!
