advert->language($csl)->content --> About the Job as Chef As a chef or prep cook with us, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving food.
You will plan tasks for the coming days, ensure your station is well-prepared and clean, and assist with ordering supplies by monitoring stock levels.
You should be ready to help out in other departments when needed and delegate simpler tasks, such as to kitchen assistants.
We are seeking both full-time and part-time chefs for the December-April season.

You should have a humble attitude and be willing to step in where needed.
Teamwork, flexibility, efficiency, and cooperation are essential.
You should be adept at handling unexpected situations, ensuring that both guests and colleagues are satisfied.
We only hire candidates with industry experience, including education or professional experience in commercial kitchens or restaurants.
You should have a strong understanding of food hygiene and HACCP, as well as knowledge of allergies and special diets.
Our main language in the kitchen is Swedish but English works as well and are also a requirement to work in the kitchen at Romme Alpin.

Romme Alpin is open seven days a week during the winter season.

From Stockholm/Arlanda (air port) you go by train.
That trip is about 2 hours.
We will arrange a pick up in Borlänge.
From Borlänge to the resort its about 20 minutes by car.
