From ASTEK Iberia, and for our international partner's team based in Madrid, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional for a Chemical Engineer position.You will evolve in an international environment and with the global leader of industrial software.As a member of the team you will be assigned to a specific project for the delivery of Operator Training Simulators and you will have a chance to gain valuable experience within process simulation.Operator Training Simulators (OTS) are advanced computer-based training tools that help give operators the skills they need to run a process or plant.Operators learn how to manage a refinery in this virtual control room through the use of a DYNSIM Dynamic Simulation model that controls the plant responses.This provides trainees the opportunity to learn how to react appropriately when a similar situation occurs in the actual plant. The use of our partner's OTS solutions enables companies to address challenges before they occur in the real world, which helps them remain competitive in the global economy.If you want to...Work in process simulation based on our in-house products (PROII™, Dynsim™, SCP™, TRISIM™) in projects executed mainly in Europe, Africa and Middle EastDevelop controls emulations and Real Distributed Control Systems IntegrationAssist the lead engineer in designing/implementing assigned portions of simulation systems and execute the engineeringPerform thermodynamic analyses and design calculations, and reconcile data to these analysesCreate steady-state and dynamic simulation modelsMonitor performance against the project schedule.
