By joining as a Client Service Analyst you will have the opportunity to work under the direct report of the Swiss Client Service team based in Switzerland, supporting our Swiss-based clients (pharma- and medical device companies) with customer support, CRM maintenance, billing, client communication, general administration, and sales planning activities.
Role description.
Support of Local Swiss Team in Sales Preparation and Customer Support Activities Creation of Price Calculations and Client Offers Maintenance and Update of Sales Activities in our CRM system (SFDC) Preparation of Billing Notification Forms Handling of customer questions and requests with regards to our data Creation and dispatch of client information material (monthly dispatch of new packs, quarterly PowerPoint presentations etc.) General administration tasks like management of Shared Mailbox and internal documentation update & maintenance Creation and Update of power point presentations Support Sales Team in Account Planning and Stakeholder Mapping Requirements.
Commercial education or relevant Bachelors degree in a commercial or a Life Sciences discipline Good skills in Microsoft Office (esp.
