This role is critical in managing and optimizing our multi-cloud environment, specifically Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure management, security best practices, cost optimization, and governance to ensure our cloud environments are secure, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.As a Cloud System administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions, establishing governance frameworks, and automating processes to streamline operations across our Azure and AWS accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support development, deployment, and operational tasks, ensuring that all cloud resources are well-managed, secure, and cost-effective🎯 Your responsibilities :As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for...Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on Azure and AWS. Implement best practices for high availability, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Optimize performance, ensuring minimal downtime and proper resource tagging for cost tracking.Governance & Cost Management: Establish frameworks for resource management and cost control. Optimize costs using strategies like right-sizing and reserved instances, and enforce policies to prevent resource sprawl.Automation & Orchestration: Use IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automate tasks with Ansible, Chef, etc. Implement CI/CD pipelines and use scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation.Monitoring & Incident Response: Manage cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus). Develop incident response plans and conduct regular audits.Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with teams to meet application and security needs. Document infrastructure and provide training on cloud best practices. Stay updated with new cloud technologies.🕵️ What we are looking for :Experience:- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on Azure and AWS.- Proven track record of implementing and managing cloud security, governance, and cost management practices in a production environment.- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.- Proficiency in automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar.- Extensive experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.Languages:- Fluent EnglishTechnical Skills:- In-depth knowledge of Azure and AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and others.- Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, security groups, key management, encryption, and network security.- Experience with cloud networking, including VPNs, VPCs, Azure VNets, load balancers, DNS, and routing.- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, integrating them with cloud environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).- Expertise in cloud cost management and optimization strategies.- Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK Stack, or similar.Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.🤝 Our Recruitment Process:30-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.A conversation with our Hiring Managers to learn more about the project, objectives, and to technically assess your knowledgeJoin us and be part of the Nextlane adventure that is shaping the future of the automotive industry!💎 Our AdvantagesWe value flexibility and trust within our corporate culture, offering benefits that reflect our commitment to our teams:🏡 Possibility to telework up to 3 days a week!🤝 €1500 referral bonus for each talent you capture.
