About Premium FertilityAt Premium Fertility, we are committed to transforming the assisted reproductive technology by commercializing our patented technology for embryo transfer in In-Vitro Fertilization procedures. We aim to enhance our dynamic team by recruiting a skilled SW & CLOUD SENIOR ENGINEER.Based in Valencia, Premium Fertility is an innovative startup that has developed an electromechanical system, classified as medical device, that automates and enhances the embryo transfer process in In-Vitro Fertilization treatments, setting new standards in the field.The successful candidate will lead the migration and development of new features on a Linux platform and develop a cloud service for remote data reception and analysis, ensuring efficient integration between software, hardware, and cloud infrastructure.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Migration of code to Linux, ensuring functionality in the new environment.Identify and resolve compatibility, performance, and security issues associated with migration.Collaborate with the development team to optimize code and improve system performance.Develop and maintain software modules and drivers necessary for the Linux platform.Ensure correct integration with mechatronic hardware, managing the interaction between software and firmware.Implement and optimize product-specific features, while respecting system requirements.Implementation of a cloud service for the reception, storage and analysis of remote data.Develop APIs for the integration of the local platform with the cloud service.Ensure the reliability and scalability of the cloud service, and collaborate in the design of databases and data analysis processes.Actively participate in the definition of product validation plansPerform integration and system testing to validate the productSupport after implementation, identifying and solving problems that may arise.Make improvements and updates to the Linux platform and cloud services, according to the needs of the project and end users.Work collaboratively with engineering and research teamsParticipate in the technical documentation of the developments carried outRequired skills and experience:Academic background: Computer Engineering or Automatic Systems EngineeringProfessional experience: In the functions described, minimum of five years.Other requirements:Demonstrable experience in migrating systems to Linux and adapting code from different platforms.Experience with Linux development tools and frameworks (e.g. GCC, GDB, Makefile).Experience in the integration of mechatronic systemsExperience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.), including receiving, storing, and analyzing data.Advanced mastery of programming languages such as C, C++, Python and/or Bash.Knowledge of communication protocols and networks, and their implementation in embedded systemsKnowledge of cloud architectures and technologies, such as RESTful APIs, PHP, and SQL.Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN).Problem-solving skills and improving system efficiency.Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.Ability to manage projects independently, setting deadlines and priorities.Knowledge of computer security and data protection desirable.Previous experience in the medical sector will be positively valuedLabor conditions:A competitive salary package commensurate with your experience.Permanent contract with a dynamic and innovative company.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Workplace:Our facilities are in the Parque Tecnológico de Paterna.Application Process:If you are interested, we would appreciate it if you could send us your application to the following email address: iserra@fundacioncarlossimon.com
